When will my order ship?

Shipping time: 15–21 business days (average)
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent within 3–5 business days.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Return the item at your expense
Once received, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase amount
Please include your name and order number with your return to ensure proper processing.
Note: If your package is already in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process once it arrives.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee modifications, and refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
